About UPS & Our Culture

Saturday and Sunday belong to UPS — and we pay exceptionally well for them. Our Weekend Fulfillment Worker positions are specifically designed for professionals, students, parents, and side-hustle seekers who need every weekday completely untouched. These weekend fulfillment center jobs deliver Teamsters union wages plus a weekend differential on just two days of work, making them one of the highest-value part-time income opportunities in the logistics market. If you have been searching for weekend warehouse jobs near me that pay real union money and leave your Monday-through-Friday life completely intact, UPS weekend fulfillment is exactly what you have been looking for.

What Our Team Says (Employee Reviews)

"I am a full-time teacher during the week and a UPS Weekend Fulfillment Worker on Saturday and Sunday. The two days of union wages plus the weekend differential cover my car payment, my phone bill, and my gym membership with money left over. I never touch my teaching salary for those expenses anymore. Weekend fulfillment center jobs like this are rare — most weekend warehouse work pays minimum wage, but UPS pays a union rate that actually moves the needle financially." - Current Weekend Fulfillment Worker, Charlotte, NC.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a UPS Weekend Fulfillment Worker, you process the elevated Friday-through-Sunday package volume that accumulates through the week and peaks during weekend consumer ordering windows inside our fulfillment center, executing sort and load functions across Saturday and Sunday shifts while keeping every weekday of your schedule entirely free.

• Weekend Volume Surge Processing: Handle the above-average weekend package volumes generated by Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday consumer orders, working at a pace that clears the weekend's sort accumulation before Monday morning delivery routes begin.
• Saturday & Sunday Sort Execution: Work the weekend sort window — typically an afternoon or evening shift on both days — processing packages through the correct outbound lanes and loading completed pallets onto outbound trailers with the same accuracy standards UPS maintains across every sort shift of the week.
• Weekend Differential Tracking: Understand and confirm your weekend shift differential on every weekly paycheck — the additional pay rate that UPS applies to weekend hours on top of the Teamsters base wage and that makes two days of weekend fulfillment work financially meaningful.

Benefits & Perks

UPS Weekend Fulfillment Workers earn Teamsters union wages plus a weekend shift differential for Saturday and Sunday hours, Teamsters medical, dental, and vision benefits, pension accrual, and UPS Earn & Learn tuition assistance — all without touching a single weekday hour of your schedule. Weekly paychecks direct-deposited every Friday. Your entire Monday-through-Friday life remains completely your own.
